Terms and Conditions
Charges will be as follows:
Craft session/workshop:
For people booking me to run a workshop:
First 20 people at £5.00 per head then £4.50 per head after that. There is an upper limit of 40 people per session, though this will depend on the session/workshop. I will assume that the person who has booked me to run the session/workshop has made sure that there is enough tables and chairs for those taking part. Please inform me of anything that I need to know before hand, that might affect someone's ability to take part in the session.
A 25% non-refundable/non-transferrable deposit is required within 5 working days of booking, with the rest payable no later than a week before the session (unless arranged otherwise by prior arrangement and for exceptional reasons).
Workshops that I've set up/running.
Prices and relevant information will be provided on the posters/events on Facebook about workshops that I have set up, as I organise them. There will normally be a limited amount of spaces available on the workshops.
Products that I've made (e.g. friendship bracelets, toilet roll covers etc.)
They are available in a selection of colours and designs. They are priced individually. Please look on Facebook for the current prices and colours available. Colours and patterns may change from time to time. Please check the Facebook page and/or contact me direct for current prices and offers.
A lot of my products are not suitable for young children and babies, as there is a risk of harm (suffocation, choking etc.) due to small parts and what they are made from. Some of my knitted items (e.g. baby hats etc.), are aimed at small children/babies, but under supervision.
Haberdashery
I have a selection of wool, knitting needles, sewing needles etc., available to buy from my stall at events. Like my other products, quantities that I have available can vary from event to event, depending on what has been sold.
Bags/packaging that goods are packaged/delivered in:
They are not suitable for young children and babies as there is a risk of harm (suffocation, choking etc.).

Payment
Payment can be in cash, cheque and/or using PayPal. Cheques are to be made out to‘Busy Fingers’. Please allow extra time for delivery, when paying for cheques (to allow clearance).
For the craft sessions there is a 25%non-refundable/not-transferable deposit required within 5 working days of booking. The rest of the payment is due no later than a week before the planned session (unless arranged otherwise by prior arrangement and/or for exceptional reasons).
For the orders, payment is due on delivery (or before if it is being posting to you, the client). If it a special/personalised order then a 25%non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required.
Etsy orders - usual Etsy rules for orders. Orders sent out, once payment has been received.
Changes in prices
Where possible, notice will be given.
Deliveries/shipping
When ordering, I will give you an estimate of when your order will be complete. Then confirmed when the order is ready. The order then will be posted to you, the customer, after payment is complete(which is required at the time of ordering). If delivering it to you in person, then you will be contacted to arrange a mutual time and location.
Please allow up to 30 working days from order to delivery, especially if it's a personalised order.. If it is likely to take longer, you will be notified as soon as possible.

Deliveries– in person
There is a time limit of three weeks (21)days after confirmation of completion for delivery and payment of order. Unless there is a valid reason (e.g. family emergency) and you the customer have contacted Busy Fingers directly before the time limit. If no contact has been made and all reasonable attempts (on Busy Fingers' behalf), then the item(s) will be available for someone else to buy.
Cancellation/returns
Should you wish to cancel a session, then I need to be contacted at least 48 hours before the session.
Items (craft packs, jewellery etc.) can be returned if faulty and with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase, for either a refund or an exchange.
Data Protection
All information gathered, will be held in a secure manner that allows me to deal with the session and/or order for items available for sale. The information gathered will not be given (or sold) to third parties.
Insurance
I have current public liability insurance,documentation is available on request.
Risk Assessments
They are available on request. All reasonable precautions have and will be taken to reduce the risk of injury etc. to customers and/or third parties.
